Pavel is the founder and owner of PRG Electric LLC, a licensed and insured electrical contracting company serving Louisville, Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and surrounding areas. With strong experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial electrical work, Pavel leads every project with a focus on quality, safety, and strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Outside of work, Pavel enjoys reading about science and cosmology, listening to music, and spending quality time with his family the greatest inspiration behind his dedication and work ethic.

Leisy plays a key role in supporting sales operations and strengthening client relationships. She is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

With a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills, Leisy ensures clear communication

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Leisy enjoys watching sports and spending quality time with her family, maintaining a balanced and motivated approach both personally and professionally.

Roney Zaldivar is an experienced results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in electrical services and project leadership. With many years of hands-on experience in residential, light commercial, and multifamily electrical projects. 

He earned his degree as a Radio electronic engineer in Cuba, where he developed a strong
technical foundation. His engineering background, combined with field experience, allows him to effectively manage teams, coordinate complex projects, and ensure that every job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
